MOROCCO, CHEFCHAOUEN (The Blue City)

After Discovering Chefchaouen the blue city of Morocco. Morocco has been on my list of destinations to visit, chefchaouen to be specific.. It's a beautiful city to behold

50 Shades Of Blue

Chefchaouen or Chaoen is a city in northwest Morocco, it is the chief town of the province of the same name and is noted for its building in shades of blue.

A four hour drive from the bustling city of fez brings you to this village high in the rig mountains known for its Labyrinthine medina bathed entirely in shades of blue.

The area was once a refuge for Spanish Jews fleeing the inquisition in the 1500s and was painted blue by the Jewish refugees, the reason for this (besides the religious one) was to cool down the heat of the summer months and also as a mosquito repellent, funny isn't it? But it worked for them, the cut who found a harmonious safe home in chefchaouen.
If you are a fan of the colour blue, this city will definitely amaze all of your senses

The medina is fairly small and you can go from one end to the other in less than 20 minutes...
The reason why chefchaouen is a city to be loved is because it's the most peaceful Moroccan city, all Moroccan inhabitants of this town are friendly towards tourists and would never think of pulling the schemes that are common in other cities

The best way to explore every corner of chefchaouen is to actually get lost in chefchaouen. There's nothing like walking in circles for hours only to realise that you never left the centre of the medina.

Would you have known that such place like this exist in this world.. More reason you need to explore and discover more beautiful cities in the world... That is why I'm here to help ;)

Thank me later lol...
